Social Justice Connection of Montreal (formerly known as the Social Justice Committee) played host to a keynote address from two leading national figures at the Atwater Library on Tuesday. Hélène Laverdière, the NDP MP for the Plateau who shut out Bloc leader Gilles Duceppe in the 2011 elections, speaks on youth engagement in politics and the changing nature of international development programs.
