First part of our coverage of the Second KCC Film Festival – Through a Woman’s Lens. The Festival will showcase six feature films by selected women directors. In collaboration with Concordia, all the film screenings are free and include panel discussions featuring experts in different areas pertaining to the film.
This video in particular takes a look at two films screening as part of the festival, which has been divided into two parts. Another video showcasing the rest of the films and panels will be released closer to the screenings of the rest of the films. The Centre Culturel Kabir which is hosting the festival is a non-profit, non-religious organization with the goal of n promoting cultural events such as music/dance concerts, film shows, theatre and book-reading activities as means for bringing people together and achieving its vision.
